ALBA's in tomas morato offers eat all you can buffet for lunch and dinner. they also have a branch in bel-air makati but i dont know if they also have a buffet. its 695++ per person. this spanish restaurant offers dishes such as the famous paella, cochinollo or spanish style lechon, lengua and many others. its a must try.
