Yap I agree with you. I also like to sleep more than eat but at times, I just sleep on an empty stomach. It's even said that we must at least spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping, 1/3 eating and drinking the right stuff and exercising and 1/3 enjoying simple things and simple pleasures. That is why I have always found K-I-S-S as my guiding principle in life.

Guess it's better to be groovy than be 'GRABE'. Better to find an outlet for stress than keep it in and come out like Mt Pinatubo. We all have our hang-outs, hang-ups, don't worry that's why we're all bonded here at MTC.

welcome to the world of realism. this is what really happens and it did happen to me several times and surely (and sadly :cry: ) that it doesn't end there. just hope that it gives us a learning experience. sometimes we just have to realize the it's best for juniors to just be sure about their documentation of the transactions in question, place it in a confi-folder, and let the boss assume the risk. that has always been my position. so far they have and couldn't point anything against me on that if ever things go out of hand. just a friendly sharing lang.

@ QUICKIE, sarap naman ng BASKIN & ROBINS na yan. Fav ko ang cookies and cream at minsan PESTE-Kyo (hehehe pistachio). PESTE-kyo kasi pag luma na yung nakalagay na pistachio nut which I had once ate sa isang outlet. As in luma na talaga yung nuts.

@ GINNY, buti ka dyan at enJHOY sa ginagawa mo at ginagawa sayo ng honey bunch mo. :upside: :cool: ! Sa totoo lang tayong mga accountants may life after work hours din naman. Noong nasa Makati ako nag-work may tawag kami na gimmick. We call it work after FIVE. Tawag namin diyan WORK AFTER SEX.... (kasi after FIVE is SEX ay mali SIX pala)..... Di na nga ako rin nakadaan sa KWARTO pang MASA(he) ko eh dahil sa work. But now before I go home daan muna ako sa kwarto at maki chika sa mga tao dun.

true! ung iba dyan walang work or miserable tlaga sa current job nila...

Frankly marami satin di satisfied sa work natin. Frankly marami sa homegrown ang gusto mag-abroad to earn big bucks. Kaya lang will it really worth it in the long run? Will we really be able to get what we want and be satisfied after that? Parang walang katapusan ang needs natin. There seems to be no end to our satisfaction. We keep craving for more. Guess it's true that we are too B-U-S-Y.

We make lots of sacrifices to the point of losing some values and valuable things/persons in the long run. Siguro kahit anong profession for that matter, we may never find contentment if we keep asking for more. IMHO lang naman.

We just make the most really of what we have di ba? Be thankful for the blessings that we get kahit this is the kind of work that we are given or have.
