you may state it, but usually, it is asked as a damage in civil cases in situations that there is blatant violation of the contract (Cost of suit and attorney's fees). you may also state where the action may ONLY be filed (example: where you live). point is, you can put anything in the contract as long as it is not illegal

para hindi OT, ang T-back depende sa nagsusuot. pwede rin ang bodyleg na sabihing ma-L binabagay lang talaga sya sa pants at sa okasyon.

Bastista was placed on injury an since he could not represent the title GM Theodore Long ordered a Battle Royal for all the wrestlers of SD.  Knowing that Kurt Angle was frmo RAW he still came in but was beaten up by SD stars...in the end part of the match only Angle and Henry was left...

 

Angle was damn good enough that Henry and picked up the win to become the new Heavyweight Champ!  :boo:

In a joint meeting today with the Raw and Smackdown rosters in the United Kingdom, in Sheffield, Vince McMahon announced that within the next several weeks, a new drug testing policy will be implemented in which performance enhancing drugs, such as steroids, etc., recreational drugs, as well as abuse of prescription drugs will be banned.

In addition to the new drug testing procedure, there will also be an emphasis on cardiovascular examinations.

Nick 'Eugene' Dinsmore was rushed to the hospital last night in Manchester.

He has since been released from the hospital, sent home and suspended indefinitely. WWE.com will have more details as they become available.

From what I have heard, it is drug related, alcohol, or a combination thereof. We've also heard that he was rushed to the hospital and had to have his stomach pumped.

Do not take any of the above as fact at this point as we are gathering all the information trying to confirm what actually happened. Several emails we received from fans in England who were in attendance at the WWE house show was that Eugene seemed fine in the ring and showed no strange signs of being under the influence. Then again with his gimmick inside the ring, who knows.
