at 8PM on Nat Geo a docu on the suddenly shrinking bee population and what it means for the planet entitled "Silence of the Bees"

and at 9PM Former US Vice President Al Gore's documentary on the climate change problem "an Inconvenient Truth".

Nood din kayo you might just pick up something useful and help save the planet.

I got two timex sports watches i love wearing. apart from being fashionable i use the lap timer all the time whether i be at the gym, training mma or going for a run.

It depends on the circumstances. if i found out she had been cheating consistently behind my back and sleeping with every other guy out there like some sick nympho then I wouldn't hesitate to throw her out unto the street right away.

But, if it was one time. and it was a mistake and she does admit it and I maybe at fault in some way. Yes naturally I would give her another chance.

God knows I've had my share of mistakes.

Wanderlei vs. Jardine (Silva is still my hero despite the recent losses)

and

Machida vs. Tito (Im looking forward to the Dragon whooping Tito's a** and shutting him up)
