    Government Capability Analyst

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    The Global Government Capability Analyst will assist with reporting and analysis and general operational support within the area of capability strategy and planning across the entire Government Operating Unit. You will assist the Government Capability Strategy and Planning team on all standard and adhoc reporting requests. Manage the monthly creation of workgroup reporting, summarization and analysis. Work with Capability Strategy and Planning lead to understand adhoc reporting needs while using operational expertise to suggest method of delivery. Candidate must have one year of internal work experience required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access for data creation, manipulation, summarization analysis. Knowledge of SAP R/3 preferably ability to work independently, self-motivated, solve problems and make recommendations.

     

    Controllers' Payroll Specialist

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Overall supervision of the Payroll group which comprise of 5-8 members. Ensure timely processing of payroll for both Delivery Center and BPO every month. This includes proper coordination with all personnel who provide payroll and deduction inputs and ensure that they comply with the payroll calendar in terms of submission. Review accuracy and completeness of all the inputs and ensure they have the appropriate approvals. Review employee master data change from GPS to MPS system and ensure accuracy and completeness prior to the start of the payroll processing. Ensure team members are adequately trained in order to respond to payroll inquiries. Must have at least 5-7 years accounting related work experience. Must have experienced to lead a team for at least 2 or 3 years. With very good people skills. Graduate of BSBA major in Accounting, preferably a CPA. With very good oral and written communication skills.

     

    Protective Service Analyst

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    The Protective Service Analyst is responsible for providing assistance to Asset Protection - Protective Services Lead regarding all matters about physical security advice and assistance to Accenture locations within the Philippines. Areas of physical security include life safety and business continuity, executive protection, and physical security procurement. You will assist in conducting physical security reviews of Accenture offices and project sites. The incumbent will also assist manage contract relationships with the country designated employee background investigation contractor and safety and security equipment vendor.     Relocation Management Solutions (RMS) Senior Analyst

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    A Client Service Generalist - Senior Analyst within Relocation Management Solutions is responsible for the service delivery of RMS services including immigration, documentation, health insurance, vendor management, database maintenance, and some tax work in connection with all Accenture inbound from overseas countries and local employees outbound from their country. You are also responsible for the permanent transfers into their country. As a Senior Analyst, you will be providing services for the individual, project management, the organization, Client Financial Management and HR. Your responsibilities also include permament transfer, immigration, policy administration, tracking and health insurance. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, Communication or related field. 3-4 years work experience is required. Accounting background is an advantage. Preferably with experience working as para legal (from law firms) and / or as tax accountant (from auditing firms). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, has the ability to deal with all levels of management and employees (foreign and local).   5. brother tamago ang werte mo naman kung ganyan ka kalapit nung dumating si foley ako kasi malayo.... :( di na ata mabrebreak ang record nila n taker na most brutal match sa wwe...truly they made an impact and i think because of that match...lalung lumakas ang charisma ni foles sa wwe...nuon kasi weird ang tingin nila kay mankind....

  10. as a believer of the so called diplomacy,

    i allowed my ex gf to have her own descision about it,later on found out that she's already cheating.

    our cirlce of trust has been damege to the extent that i even tried to fix it but later on realize that i need t set her free.

    feeling of regret about my stand?naaah!

    if my ex gf truly loves me,she will trust every descision i make and help me if something wrong.

     

    now wit my new gf...i still taking the risk of letting her decide about that,because i love her i trust her,do i feel jealous?yup but thats how it goes...
