shadows fall seems to be treading the new wave of american thrashmetal title to the ground. just finished downloading "threads of life" and all i can hear is classic thrash metal. these guys seem to have earned their phd in thrash metal assault.

the torch has been passed on and shadows fall seem to be the likely bearers. :evil:

actually,i've heard of bad brains. in fact, i believe one of the members collaborated with P.O.D. on one of the tracks from their Satellite album.. do you have a copy?

i only have mp3s. dati tape meron ako yun quickness album. mas malapit sa hc kaysa metal ang bad brains. actually, they were one of the proto-hc bands in the mid-80s.

meshuggah is ok, but i prefer dillinger escape plan's quirkiness over the precision of the swedes.

went to see nofx last nite at amoranto theater. king ly chee, a hardcore band from hongkong, was one of the opening acts - these guys and one gal rocked the house!!! they even tried to teach the kids to do a "wall of death".
