Bro gyobags, as much as I wanted to avoid the holy week rush at Puerto, sad to say yun lang ang mahabang time off ko from work and just like last year, I went there with a gf on Wednesday of the holy week. Mahal na talaga pag holy week, puro P3,500/night ang prices, fortunately I was able to make pakiusap to Ate Felina of Felina Guest House (not on beach front nga lang but nice) and she gave me a room for P3,500 for two nights na yun, Wed and Thursday night, then coz me dala ako tent (paniguro) nagtent nalang kame ng gf ko on the Friday night then went home na ng Saturday afternoon. The tent wasn't bad at all considering you almost dont wanna sleep when you're in puerto.

Bro can you please ask around on where we could get cheaper accomodations there? For 2 persons lang, and how about the tent area? How much kaya if I rent a tent or bring my own? For holy week sched ha. Tnx bro.

Thanks a lot Sir jojoendejr., I already had a meeting with the representative of my boss this morning and as I had suspected, they are really out to take advantage of us. They offered me a position at the other company that my boss owns, a little upgrade in the salary, car plan, etc., but I will have to start as probationary (they then can kick me out anytime). Furthermore, I will have to resign first from my present company. Kapal ng mukha nila grabe. Do they think I'm that stupid? I just listened to their proposal but neither accepted nor outright turned down their offer. I wanted to delay the negotiations until the time na malapit na magtake over ang new company so they'll be forced to take more drastic actions. And also so that they will have limited time to think of ways to get me out of the company without paying the separation. Ganun sila sa paningin ko now eh. I think they will try to find other ways to remove me without paying, hahanap sila butas, but I wont let them. What should I do kaya if ever, just continue going to work even when the new owners take over? Am I right to stay working with my present company until I receive their notice of termination, even if they will order me to report to the new company?

Mukha talaga kaso na ito, coz I really cant accept the way they are treating us after I have served them loyally for eight years, and two of my staff for 10 yrs. Family na daw turing nila sken hehe, gulangan ba ko hehe..

Sirs, eto po situation and then question ko. I am currently working as bldg. administrator. The bldg that i am managing is now to be leased to another company. I have worked here for 8 years already and I can say that I am a valued employee. My boss wants to transfer me to his other company probably in the same capacity also and salary range although final talks will be done in a week or so. My question is don't they have the obligation to pay me my separation pay if I decide not to accept their offer? The situation in the company where I will be transferred is not so good as compared to my present job here and I fear that once transferred there, I might eventually decide to resign and thus lose my opportunity to get a separation pay. Although the company that I presently work for and the company where I will be transferred are both owned by one person, they are different entities, with different SEC registrations, etc.

This is my case naman po. I am working for this particular company for eight years na as bldg. administrator. Now the building im managing was leased out (whole bldg mismo) to a different company. My boss wants to transfer me to his other company and my staff will be absorbed by the new company. The thing is, my boss' other company is kinda notorious especially for the managers, bihira ang nagtatagal talaga. Assuming they will continue my length of service, meaning start ako dun as 8 years na, and then I later resigned eh di wala ako makukuha separation pay di ba? Sayang ang 8 yrs ko. My question now is this. Are they legally bound to pay me my separation pay in case hindi ako pumayag sa offer nila sken to be transferred to his other company? And also my staff na matatagal na din, di ba dapat din nila i-settle muna yun and then chaka nalang sila i=hire ng new company? Parang umiiwas kasi sila sa separation pay kaya nila ginagawa yun eh. What can we do kaya?

Nope... I'm kinda liberated even when I love the girl im with. I want my relationship to be more based on friendship, trust and openness rather than parang nagtatago kayo from each other. Additional info, mas makakatipid kayo if marami kayo para share kayo sa accomodation cost. I think its much cheaper now coz tapos na holiday rush. Baka you can get P2k/day na for a beachfront accomodation. If 2 lang kayo, you can try the tents, it's not so bad considering tutulugan nyo lang naman yun and in there you almost dont want to sleep hehe. Be sure to bring a digicam with you and post hot pix here ha hehe...

Just got back from puerto galera with my gf (4 days 3 nights)..

Fyi, bus fare from LRT buendia station - batangas port P146.00, boat, P200/head, accommodations, P3,500 up (maski sa mga hindi na beachfront), tent P300/head plus P200 for the bed. Food, around P100/head/meal. Mahal daw talaga pag holy week. Dami tao pero it was all well worth it, ganda ng beach, views, and hot girls hehe.. Total spent P10k (tipid pa kame nyan). Hope i gave some valuable info.

Masaya sa simula coz u gained freedom, u can do whatever u want, be naked in the pad, ask friends over lalo na pag me dala chix, anytime pwede ka dala chix (iwas lang sa madaldal na kapitbahay lalo pag iba iba dala mo hehe), chaka nagagawa mga kawildan coz wala nga ngbabawal hehe... pero sa katagalan, and lalo na pag dumating sa period ng tagtuyot sa chix, superlungkot, wala makausap, always watch tv and internet lang.. gets to be real boring.. one thing more, wala ka savings for sure.. like me.. lalo na my pad was in cainta and my work is in makati, ubos ka sa gasolina..

Right now im staying-in in my office, savings mode muna, i get to save P10k-P12k a month, i have some people to talk to, wala nga lang tv coz kahiya obvious na masyado sa ibang tao. Nkkpagdala pa rin ng chix, minsan minsan nga lang coz un nga mejo kahiya. Im planning to look for another apartment soon, preferably makati area, budget is P5k-P6k, hopefully 2 bedrooms, and hopefully too me parking, even tapat house lang basta medyo safe ang surroundings. Hope somebody could help me find an apartment, and then sa paglilipat na rin nyahaha!
