Mga attorneys hingi lang po ng advise on what to do, here's the case:

Year 2008, me naghikayat sa amen to join a housing cooperative. Meron daw bibilhin na lote and idedevelop daw ito. Ang cooperative is registered with CDA (Cooperative Dev't Authority). Ang price per lot is P50T for 50 sq.m., payable in 5 years. Marami po ang naeengganyo kumuha including our family. In all po 6 lots ang kinuha namin na iba iba ang sizes. Naiissuehan kame ng certificate of lot reservations. Nagbabayad kame ng monthly contributions until last Dec. 2012, wherein itinigil namin ng sobra na ang pagdududa namin dahil nung ininquire ko sa barangay Cupang, Antipolo ay wala pa rin daw progreso at ni walang application itong cooperative to make any kinds of improvements. Malaki napo ang naihulog namin, mahigit 200k napo. Meron silang inissue sa amen na Member's Passbook na nandun po nila nirereceive lahat ng binabayad namin.

Sa ngayon po tuwing tatanungin namin ang opisyal nila ay puro pangako pa rin ang binibitawan na bibilhin na yung lote, etc. Pero puro ganon lang. Nakakuha na rin ako ng ibang complainants, sa ngayon nasa 5 na kameng indibidual. Gusto na naming mabawi ang pera namin pero walang humaharap na opisyal, laging wala sa opisina.

Pano ho ba ang dapat naming gawin? Kailangan ho namin ng payo and kung meron sanang abogado na tutulong sa amen sa hindi kalakihang halaga.

I dont know what really is in the mind of the thread starter when he started this MTC Nudist Club but from my understanding a nudist club pertains to nudity in front of other people. We all have at one point in our lives (even just as simple as after taking a bath) been naked alone in our room so what's the big deal? The question is can you and would you do it in front of other people? Aside from your wife/gf/bf/partner of course.

Went swimming naked for 3 consecutive nights and man, was it very liberating! It was only at the 3rd night when I learned that the maid is at the utility room beside the pool! Naiihi hindi nakatiis kaya lumabas ng utility room. All along I thought sa room nila sa loob natutulog yun pala nakita ako nung 2nd night na nagsswim ng nude kaya pumuslit sa utility room and kunyari dun natutulog. Sabi ko from now on you sleep in your room and dont tell this to anyone. Ok daw. On the 4th night after I arrived from the office, aba nandun na naman kunyari tulog na, pinaalis ko talaga sa utility room, kasabay ko pa pumasok sa house. After about 2 hrs, pagbalik ko sa pool (after resting and dressing down into trunks) nakalock na utility room and I cant see if anyone's inside coz its dark (glass door). I went swimming again for a while ng nakatrunks and then when im sure that its already safe i removed my trunks na. For 1 hour i was swimming, reading pocketbook, smoking, all these in my naked glory. After a while bigla bumukas utility room lumabas yung maid, i grabbed my towel, covered up and sabi ko bakit nandyan ka? Maginaw daw sa room coz nagbukas aircon si hipag. And kaya napilitan lumabas ng utility room kasi naiihi na naman. I told her to go to her room sabi ba naman pabayaan ko na daw sya dun. I told her if that's what you want okay sige, pagtimpla moko ng kape. Cant remember anymore how this happened but she was making me coffee while nakatayo kame about a meter from each other with my dick pointing directly at her hehe. I did this for 1 whole month including the timpla ng kape thing kaya napagsawaan na nya ako sa tingin hehe... btw, i do this after 11pm, when everyone is already asleep.. that is, except the naughty maid. And all these at the former conjugal house with my now ex-wife. And nope i didn't touch the maid nor did she touch me, you dirty rascals.

I miss tambay at the street corner, just shooting the breeze with my old friends... watching the babes go by...

Mga docs, my son fell down by accident and his bones at his left arm, both the radius and ulna, were broken. It was my ex-wife who brought my son to the hospital and so i didnt see the first xray. They just put my son's arm in a cast and was told to return after 3 weeks. I was the one who brought him back after the 3 weeks had passed and i had him xrayed again before bringing him back to the same hospital. I saw at the xray that both his radius and ulna were really broken and not aligned at all. However, after seeing the xray, the doctor again placed a new cast on my son's arm without even doing anything to align the bones, and we were told to go back again after 3 weeks. I wasnt really convinced about that and so I brought him to the national orthopedic at banawe, qc. We were told that surgery is needed to align the bones since they are really not even near aligning level, and metal screws will be installed. The metal that will be installed is quite expensive. However, i am willing to have it done if it is really necessary. My son is very afraid of the surgery and the pain it will entail afterwards, especially with the metal screws and all. My question is this, is there a possibility that although a surgery is made, that both bones shall be aligned but no metal will be installed? Alignment through hand manipulation and then place his arm in a cast afterwards? I hope to hear your replies as soon as possible as I have already scheduled his surgery for next week. Thanks and hope to hear from you guys... By the way, my son is 12 years old..
