we have enough laws already ... i'll propose an amendment to the penalties. far more severe and unreasonable for the crimes committed.

(1) crime of Plunder - if found guilty. sequester ALL assets, death by PUBLIC stoning and imprison immediate family.

reason : the way it goes, it's extremely profitable to engage in corruption in this country.

(2) road accidents by public transpo - resulting in death > automatic death sentence if found guilty. Bus/PUJ operators franchise suspended for a 2 years. resulting in damage to properties > driver get a 5yr suspension, owner gets a 2year suspension if accidents per year exceeds 1.

(3) unruly drivers during a traffic jam. those who cut and go against the flow resulting in more jams - by all means DPWH should bulldoze those erring vehicles with or without the passengers clear of the demarcation line.

(4) petty thieves, robbers, = 1 fingerless for every offense

(5) heinous crimes - death by SLOW electrocution. prior to that a 1day 'affair' with the victims kin (anything goes).

(6) trash throwers - caning at the nearest MMDA/police station. no need for fines. it only goes to fatten some directors wallet. caning is anti-corruption.

(7) death penalty be reinstated. it's a waste of taxpayers money to feed criminals. either they go free or they're fried.

(8) a 500meter both ways FREE road k*ll zone on areas with overpass - meaning it's legal to runover any living things on this FREE zone. no amount of warning billboards will stop these retards. the city spends millions per pedestrian bridge, either they use it or not build it.

(9) under a senate inquiry expressly authorized by the president - constitutional rights are waived. everytime a witness utters 'i don't recall', 'i exercise my right to ...', the Sgt at Arms should remind the witness by breaking a bone in his body.

imagine a city where criminals are afraid. so afraid that when caught they wish to remain inside the prison bars and not on the streets.

95% lumot free from station 1-3

para kasing nakakaloko sa sobrang mura yung rates nila....

if you have a large family or barkada its the cheaper option. same cliffside as Bohol Tropics. Ambiance is serene especially the 2 aircon cottage at the cliff. True yang rates. The owner is the same as Altura's (SM ng Bohol). Food is also worth your money.

Nothing spectacular in Tagbilaran city unless you will go straight to Carmen (Choco hills). If you wanna tour/see the sights stay in tagbilaran for a day, if you went there for the beach go straight to Alona.

so far ok naman. service is still top notch, food is still worth your fine dining money and rooms are still to die for.

but for the 'activity' oriented mejo kulang na Pearl Farm. one of the best things to do is go for an early swim at your veranda.

Just my 2 cents, avoid Bohol Beach Club at all costs. Bad trip d2 kapag Pinoy ka yung mga staff walang pakialam syo pero kapag foreigner maasikaso sila. Even sa dinner yung may tumutugtog ng gitara and umiikot. Kapag Pinoy hindi hinaharana pero kapag foreigner ilang beses binabalikan. Sa bad trip ko nun yun mga foreigner na kinantahan nila walang nagbigay ng tip ginawa ko pinatawag ko sa waiter and yun nagpakanta kami ng gf ko. Binigyan ko ng P500 sa inis ko. Gulat na gulat yun kumakanta after nun song kasi Pinoy pa nag tip sa kanya. The following day ang bait na ng hotel staff sa min pero never na ko babalik dun

since may limit budget I can only recommend Metrocenter or Coralandia. both are IN the city. so malapit sa 'lamunan'. you'll only need your room to sleep anyway. 18 hrs siguradong nasa galaan kayo. both lodgings rin may sailing food/resto so pag nagkatamaran lang konting gapang lang nasa mesa na kayo.

at least a month before ka bumili ng ticket para mura. airport is less than 5 km from the 2 specified lodging.

Roam around.

Both lodging have guided tours/vans. you can also hire/make pakyaw taxi. esp. kung beach (panglao lang ang ruta).

good day everyone...hingi lang po ng advises from everyone who's been there in bohol...planning to bring my oldies there for a well deserve rest and sight seeing...humiling kasi since marami daw silang good feedbacks on that place...so...here goes sa mga queries: (limited po budget since gusto ko lang mabigyan ng kasiyahan mga oldies ko)

• where to stay safely (crowded or not is fine with them)

• how to roam around (easiest for them to maximize the itinerary)

^parang di ko yata napuntahan ang mga yan ah. Bohol Bee Farm lang. true, Bee Farm is a cozy place. foods are just right but unique. all came from the farm. try their flower salad (i forgot what it is called) and their different drinks which all are natural, fresh from the farm.

 

i fell in love with Bohol when I was there. people are so friendly. i love the Loboc River tour. i had a wonderful stay there and would love to go back.
