  1. It was hilarious when you posted (supposedly your best example) a video that contradicted your statements. Your latest post is absurd and baseless. laugh.gif

How can you call Conrado's defection to Pnoy's camp "kurakot"?

Did Noynoy use taxpayer's money to pay for Conrado's defection? All candidates have the right to select their own campaign team and propagandists. You can criticize Conrado for joining the "dark side" but you cannot accuse Aquino of "kurakot" for convincing Conrado to campaign for him. At the end, it was Conrado's decision to kiss Noynoy's @ss, swallow his pride and throw away all he had fought for.

For the record, I am not saying that Aquino is incapable of corruption and plunder. He had already shown his passion for luxury cars when he bought a Porsche. He is after all human, thus can be tempted with earthly possessions.

Uaeboy, it's quite obvious that you are veering away from the topic. Perhaps a sign that you have nothing more relevant to say about the subject matter. sleep.gif

  2. Dude,

Only an imbecile will think there's no money involve Conrado's timely defection to the "yellow propaganda".

Video maker had already spoon fed you. Play the video again.

    @ 1' 15"

"Does it have something to do with his brother, EMILIO S. DE QUIROS JR. suddenly becoming President, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Office of the Social Security."

It is implying that the defection of Conrado de Quiros Jr. resulted in the appointment of his brother as President, Vice-chairman and CEO of SSS. I wonder how much is the salary of the said position? mellow.gif

    @ 1' 27"

"The pen is mightier than the sword, he once wrote, But like the sword, it can also be bought.... at a price."

Here it was clearly said that Conrado was BOUGHT by the yellow propaganda.

  4. It seems you misunderstood my post.

This is your original post which I am refuting.

    d. personal background at marami pang iba.

the best example is conrado de quiros

  6. I disagree with your analogy. If your analogy was correct then Manny Villar should be the president and not noynoy.

In 2010 election, It's no secret that Manny Villar spent most in media ads. His ads were airing even before the campaign period started. PCIJ noted that he violated the election code for his overspending. After the election, Manny finished 3rd place earning him a measly 14.7% of the total votes.

    Going back to your statement,

"even budoy can win as president by just using media."

Even he (Budoy) spends twice what Villar spent in 2010 I doubt if he'll be able to breach 5% of total votes.

There is no question media plays a big role in elections but in my opinion, its just one facet in winning elections.

your pertaining to money, im pertaining to influence, like kris aquino, abs always give her airtime to depend herself a bawat issue, free of charge. salamat kay mommy cory na syang nasauli ng abs sa mga lopez

  8. Good exchange of info.

Perhaps we are focusing too much on ownership. In reality the most important aspect is what is actually printed on paper and posted in the internet. The article I posted earlier is solid proof that PDI can openly criticize Aquino's administration whether owned by belmontes or not.

In truth, no media can ever claim that they are bias-free.

GMA's tagline "Walang kinikilangan, walang pinoprotektahan, serbisyong totoo lamang." is pure bullsh*t. I'm sure they'll always think twice to write stories that will compromise their relationship with their clients and sponsors.

Abnoys win over, Gordon and others is a good implication that even budoy can win as president by just using media.

  9. "MANILA, Philippines - It has been said that every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.

The Philippine STAR founder Betty Go-Belmonte was beginning to ease herself from journalism work after quietly ending her ties with the Philippine Daily Inquirer. It was the paper she co-founded in 1985 in reaction to the dramatic turn of events. Ferdinand Marcos had called for a snap election, the results of which compelled her to band together with veteran newsmen Max Soliven, Art Borjal, Louie Beltran, Eugenia Apostol and Florangel Braid to report the true state and situation of the country, and help Ninoy Aquino’s widow Cory fight the dictatorship."

    source: www.philstar.com/the-philippine-STAR-25th-anniversary/article.aspx?publicationSubCategoryId=445&articleId=710714

wala ng position si belmonte pero may share pa rin sila sa PDI, and to add may impluwensya pa ang belmonte sa philstar. This is the effect of media, when we talk about marcos cronies, they are evil, how about aquino cronies? why we cant branded them as evil the same as marcos cronies??? is it becausethey are link cory 'the saints' aquino???

  10. Indeed Sonny Belmonte is considered to be an ally of Aquino and his wife owns a portion of PDI.

However if you try reading inquirer everyday, you'll see stories and opinions against the Aquino administration.

    Example :

"Aquino Savages the Rule of Law"

    http://opinion.inquirer.net/18695/aquino-savages-the-rule-of-law

If Inquirer was truly bias then stories such as this shouldn't be posted in their website.

  12. ABC 5 now known as TV5 is owned by Manny Pangilinan. Businessman Antonio "Tonyboy" Cojuangco, Jr. sold ABC 5 in March 2010.

Do you mind sharing your sources for this statement?

"Abnoy has influence in Philippine daily inquirer"

I think it was last week when I read an editorial criticizing the administration. perhaps you have solid proof that noy has influence in inquirer.

PDI was known for campaigning Cory during the snap election,

PDI was owned by Sonny Belmonte's wife,

Sonny Belmote was known as close allies of Cory Aquino

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonny_Belmonte

In 1986, President Corazon Aquino assigned him to head various financially struggling government-owned corporations. He became President and General Manager of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and the Manila Hotel and chairman of the National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines. He also represented the government as member of the board of directors of the San Miguel Corporation and the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT). More importantly, he assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine Airlines, which was then wholly owned by the Philippine government.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philippine_Daily_Inquirer

The Philippine Daily Inquirer was a daily newspaper founded on December 9, 1985 by publisher Eugenia Apóstol, columnist Max Solivén, together with Betty Go-Belmonte (wife of Quezón City Mayor Feliciano "Sonny" Belmonte) during the last days of the regime of the Philippine dictator, Ferdinand Marcos, becoming one of the first private newspapers to be established under the Marcos regime.

The Inquirer succeeded the weekly Philippine Inquirer, created in 1985 by Apostol to cover the trial of 25 soldiers accused of complicity in the murder of opposition leader Benigno Aquino at the Manila International Airport on 21 August 1983. Apostol also published the Mr & Ms Special Edition, a weekly tabloid opposed to the Marcos regime.

As the successor to the previous Mr. and Mrs. Special Edition and the weekly Philippine Inquirer, it was founded on a budget of one million pesos and enjoyed a daily circulation of 30 000 in its early days. The newspaper was also instrumental then in documenting the campaign of Corazón Aquino during the 1986 presidential elections and in turn the 1986 People Power Revolution.

    Ramos: Philippines 2000

    Erap: Angat Pinoy Angat!!!

    GMA: Strong Republic!!!

Abnoy: Patayin sa sindak si Pandak!!!

  13. Hoy Noy!

Your approval ratings went up after you persecuted GMA.

    This tells us two things:

    1. Your approval among the gullible pinoys is mainly because of their hatred of GMA.

    2. You are willing to distort issues, persecute people, and destabilize our democratic institutions just to save your flagging popularity.

since Abnoy has influence in Philippine daily inquirer, ABC5 owned by cojuanco, ABS CBN na masyadong bias sa mga aquino i think ung suver na yan eh manipulated
