  2. plate loadable dumbbells, you can already do many exercises and hit many different target muscles plates because if you grow your home gym you can still use these plates with a long bar, EZ bar, hammer bar, trap bar, plate loaded pulleys, etc standard size plate not olympic size with 2 inch holes, and of course standard size bars and equipment I have all the above mentioned in my home gym aside from an adjustable bench, with preacher curl attachment, and leg curl/extension attachment a pull up, dip station hyperextension roman chair inversion table power rack with high and low pulleys stability ball large punching bag, wraps and gloves few kettlebells a couple of different weight power twisters an elastic band elastic chest expander adjustable weight grip elliptical trainer neck harness recommend push ups as these are often overlooked but are very effective, and hits your body in many ways. if you can't do one, start on your knees. by the time you can do 20 half-mast push ups, I'm sure you can do several full push ups already. push up bars are worth the investment dami kong gamit, shame that I don't have the body to show for it. I am more hoarder than actual fitness buff 😄 lesson: the actual equipment is not important, doing something, anything consistently over time is what really counts
