  1. Mag ahit kayo ng balbaz and buhok. Drink a lot of water and train everyday kahit 1 hour lang. iwas stress sa work.
  2. Early in the morning. Yung malamig pa ang hampas ng hangin.
  3. I take Vitamin C + Zinc + Magnesium. Enough sleep and workout talaga even after work. Panlaban sa stress ng buhay.
  4. I do running in the morning, like 5am yung ma ffeel mo hampas ng lamig nang hangin sa mukha mo. nakaka tangal ng stress.
  5. Masarap pagkain, pag cccomute lang talaga masakit sa ulo kung hindi ka gagastos ng malaki.
  6. So far Mila's Tokwat Baboy ang Panalong sisig na natikman ko when I was in Pampanga.
  7. Except sa jeep. Ang mahal mag commute dito lalo na pag wee hours na.
