  4. all these diets like IF, keto and Paleo etc etc, it all comes down to the same effect, caloric deficit. You may not notice it but these diets automatically puts you in a caloric deficit. IF does have nice benefits, but keep in mind that caloric deficit is always the way to go when cutting down. Weekend cheat days can easily hinder your progress by eliminating your week's deficit. So keep in mind how much calories you consume in surplus during cheat days

  6. Spirulina! take tabs or organic powder with your fave drink. It has the most protein content per gram and has anti-inflammatory benefits
