I wouldn't vouch for it. There is always a blackout or a brownout every week and for such a small population per landmass ratio unless you are living off the grid near beach spots with alternative power source then you're good to go but other than that living in the municipalities sucks because of the brownouts. Land is cheap and the cost of living tho.

If the survival rate is at least 90% then I wouldn't mind if they pay me to live there.

Quite small percentage tho. I mostly notice this with Women. I see a lot of women that used to be so up tight and high standards back in College then when they hit 30's or nearing 30's they would start panicking and ends up with ugly dudes that have money. Also with career focused women as well. TL;DR, if you're a guy and ugly just be stable and you'll find a girl eventually.

I say its both men and women can be capable of doing that. I had times where I got attached to someone and times where the girl got attached to me. 🤷‍♂️
