While swimming laps or working out, others annoyingly jump into the pool along your path Others horseplay and push each other into the pool while others are using it unmindful of possibly hitting others Boisterous laughter Crossing your lane at the wrong time (causing you to miss your stroke or swallow water) Urinate in the pool (other seven announce it---time out, weewee lang ako)

I used to workout in a rusty gym near my place. I've seen a lot of people they smoke after working out. 😆 Just imagine, your lungs are expanded and very wide open during workouts then you let smoke inside. Perfect! 😜

I was smoking since I was maybe 18 years old. And since all my friends in school were smoking "Blue Seal" Marlboros at that time, I quickly developed a taste for them. Just like every other smoker, the thought of quitting came to mind often but I have not really gotten around to doing it as it was very difficult. I guess I was thinking that maybe, just maybe the key to quitting is quite different for everyone and this meant that I had to find my own key in order to stop for good. For me, the answer lay in the fact that since I was smoking Blue Seal Marlboros, it occured to me that maybe I should just compute how much I was spending to support this habit. In 2000, Marloboros cost around PhP 60 per pack at that time and I was smoking one pack per day. It suddenly hit me really hard that summing it all up costs me around PhP 18K+++ a year just to support a habit that literally had me burning money away! That was enough to get me to quit! What I did was quite novel as I then got an old empty biscuit can and then applied super glue to the lid. I then punched out a slot on top thereby fashioning a crude "Piggy Bank". On January 1 of 1992, I embarked on a the long road to severing my bondage to tobacco with a firm resolve. Each day, instead of buying a pack, I just put the money in my tin can bank. At the end of the year, I was almost PhP 30,000 richer and I had a very nice Christmas and New Year. It was not easy, I tell you. The first day was terrible. The second was horrible and the third day was unkabogable! However, the fourth day had things turning a bit easier and by the second week, it was all over and done for good. You just have to remember that the CRAVING FOR A SMOKE ONLY LASTS 2-3 minutes. If you get past these 2 minutes then the next craving would come after 30 minutes then so on and so forth. Get past the craving and you'll make it. Other wise, start your own piggy bank and have a nice Christmas in 6 months time! Good luck!

Masaya ng maging sick once a year. Normally, simple colds and cough lang, hindi naman kse bed-ridden kaya I don't count it na as sickness. 🤤

When Is The Best Time To Work Out?
VivaForever2005 replied to johnnydrama's topic in Health and Fitness
Some people hit the gym in the morning (cardio or sex) to feel refreshed tapos weights sa gabi, I guess it depends on your work sched. 😁 -

K&n Air Filter - Claim To Add Hp
VivaForever2005 replied to lourdes_bautista2000's topic in Motoring | Vehicle Clubs
I wonder if anyone out there has tried putting K&N Air Filter in their auto. Apparently there's a claim that it can increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration. The reason I asked this, is I'm envisioning of having one installed in my auto and will greatly appreciate if somebody can provide info and justify the so-called claims. -
Definitely a more updated look in line with the toyota line-up of vios, altis, camry.

If your car is below 3 years old, synthetic is recommended but if your car is more than 3 years old, and is just used for city driving, then mineral oil is ok. Just make sure, that you replace it at 5kms.

the Local Dealership (PGA Cars) just launched the New Audi TT and during the Launched, they also shown a RS4 so they are making this performance car available to the local market Audi stirred my interest when I've seen the movie iRobot and The Transporter 2 According to motoring critics, Audi has better engine technology than BMW and DaimlerChrysler specially in Diesel Technology they are the first car manufacturer to win Le Mans with a Diesel Engine
