any review on the chicken of peri peri?

I think I first tried Eduardo's Peri Peri, either in SM San Lazaro or North EDSA, but I've eaten it at least 5 times since then.
It's not fried chicken, but roasted. (Maybe we make a lechong manok thread?)
The closest comparison is Kenny Rogers with the extra spices.
The flavors are good and compliment chicken well, with some carribean influence and some heat in the seasoning. It's a milder version of jerk chicken, but I might be wrong because I was really drunk when I ate jerk chicken. Lol. It was served Filipino style with rice and iced tea. I think there was sauce on the side, it was garlicky, slightly sweet, and mildly spicy. Thighs didn't need the sauce, but breast probably do. Would be good to take home the sauce for regular lechong manok. You might want to get extra rice if the seasoning is a little strong. (For me, original recipe KFC almost always calls for extra rice, while crispy doesn't.)

I enjoyed it, but don't feel it's a cut above, personally. Memory says it's on par with Kenny Rogers chicken-wise, but Kenny Roger's has really good sides.

Overall, as long as roasted chicken is not dry and under-salted, it'll turn out delicious. So, generally, I'm fine with Baliwag Lechon and some local lechong manok places over Kenny and Peri due to the convenience.
It's worth a try and might be your new favorite roasted chicken.

Flavor: 8.5/10 - not overly salty, flavors pop. I know there's better peri peri-style chicken out there, so it can't be a 9 or 10, for now.
Value: 7/10 - good value, not great
Texture: 8.5/10 - thighs were juicy, skin was crispy. No verdict on breast meat.
Ambiance: 6/10 - it's a place to eat. Nothing fancy, and nothing wrong with that. There might be fancier versions now, like how fast food chains make premium restaurants when they have money.

Nang dahil sa pagbubuhat o di kaya sa ibang fitness regimen ninyo, ano-ano ng injuries ang nasustain ninyo?

From weights: getting over confident with progress and lifting too heavy and spraining my lower back.

From sports:many rolled ankles from basketball.

    help naman!!!!

Assuming the goal is weight loss:

Weight in lbs x 13 = average "maintenance calories" to stay the same weight. Eat fewer calories than that, ergo calorie deficit. Aim for 300-500 calories under that for healthy weight loss. Intermittent fasting helps by reducing the window, but doesn't stop you crom consuming 3000 calories and blowing the diet. 1 cup rice is 200 calories, 1 egg is 70-90 calories. Yes it requires some looking up of calories, but it works for us that don't have the metabolism we want.

Gimmie a good beat and I'll move my feet.

Took a class on "social" dancing. Learned the swing, the waltz, and a couple other dances. It's fun, but you can't really do it randomly in the kitchen unless you live with another person that knows social dance and is no longer sleepy or tired from work.
