Inuman kapag biglang suspended ang klase -
Dyan pumapasok yung mga DOST scholars sa tenure program na sinasabe mo. At bakit mo naman pipilitin sa mga barrio yung mga SUC grads, eh hindi lang naman talino lang kailangan para maging "for the Barrios", kailangan din ng passion at willingness para magtrabaho dun.
