hydro_chloride
I suggest na, magpalit or palitan mo na yung mga password mo. Mahirap na, ikaw din baka di ka na makapag-check ng email or friendster mo Quote Link to comment
grovel
suggestion would be to use linux. they're so user friendly nowadays you won't know the difference. try ubuntu or mepis. Â as far as windows antivirus and firewalls are concerned. use comodo antivirus and firewall. so far they're the best i've seen na free. they even prompt you if someone tries to access the internet thru the backdoor. knowell22
go for AVG or an online scan will do www.ewido.com ... Very Effective! Quote Link to comment
poppinfresh2k5
or try avast. ewido used to be very excellent. till they morphed to avg and became commercialized. avg is more famous than avast but so far avast has proven more effective. rule of thumb. never rely on one level of security. and even on the same level, always have parallel modes of security. jov_112
Download Adaware from www.download.com Quote Link to comment
alteclansing
here is a combo that is very effective. first download and install lavasofts adaware. Install, run the update and scan. Make sure you remove all detections. Next download and install spybot search and destroy. When installing you can skip installing tea timer. Tea timer is protection for your registry files. I find it a bit annoying so I do not install it. After installation make sure you run the update first before scanning. Make sure you clean all detections. Be aware of immunization though as it will protect you from spyware, it causes some sites not to show properly like friendster. Â That combo scans works wonders but if the infection is still there you can download and install superantispyware from superantispyware.com theres a free version for home users. You can also use hijackthis a good site to scan for hijackthis logs is at http://hijackthis.de copy your log paste and check the whats safe to remove. Â All programs can be googled or try majorgeeks.com Quote Link to comment
masi
I've notice this "blurred" folder appearing in My Documents and in the files in my flash drives. The folder has "kim" as its name. I tried deleting I get an error message that it cannot be deleted. If I double click the folder a new "My Directory" opens. I tried surfing for answers but I get nothing. What is "kim"?Is it a virus, spyware or trojan? What does it do to my existing OS, software and hardware? Calling on MTC's IT members. can you shed some light on this? Links to cures will also be appreciated. Thanks. Quote Link to comment

Samhain13
