xycho_g
what do you think of samsung mobile? good or bad? Quote Link to comment
Google
before, samsung mobiles are more geared on the cosmetic segment. but these days, they slowly are into the features segment, coupled with the cosmetic segments.Β afaik, performance is good, and yes. the X and the D series are very very nice. binoyski71
samsung is churning cellphones almost every week for the different markets... it's refreshing to know that they are going head to head with the more known brands... i really like their ultra edition phones... :) Quote Link to comment
Google
one experience that i am having with a samsung mobile now. Β i am in charge kasi of beta-testing mobile phones (and other solutions) in the market now..and smart has loaned me a D600.Β although it really looks good and with a 2 mega pixel camera, my comments are:Β a) cannot browse the internet using the mobile phone using GPRS. the mobile phone, once it is connected to a computer, only act as a modem which you can use for dial-up. Β GPRS - internet browsing can only be used at the phone level.c) crappy PC Studio software (parang PC Suite ng Nokia).d) phone hangs pag puno na yung inbox. Quote Link to comment
EccentricEssence
any body tried that D900 model, 3 mega pixel na Quote Link to comment
Wyld
Β Using a Samsung t509s. Its okay... but then again my requirements are pretty basic - as long as I can call and text im all set.Β The t509s's camera is better than my former phone (a Nokia 6103) ... its resolution is better and it has some sort of a zoom function. Voice quality is better too. It takes a bit getting used to texting with it though.Β What attracted me to it is its ultra thin and its a pretty plum color. LOL - technical features bedamned, my phone is pretty!!!Β And here is a pic of my new toy: Quote Link to comment
teban
my girlfriend bought a samsung d600 it is pretty good and can compare to the features of nokia phones. plus it has some features that nokia doesnt have like tv out and sms blocking.Β the only problem i think with samsung is that they are not updating their website quite correctly especially the dissemintation of info on after sales services. Reese
i am using a d500 and overall it's pretty nice except for its vcard incompatabilityΒ ilang beses na rin akong napaaway sa pagpapadala ng "blank" vcards Quote Link to comment

billy_b0b
I have a E900 phone, and i'm very happy with it. Regardless if the touch pad's too sensitive. The sound quality is good specially when i connect it to my car stereo. you can buy audio adapters in greenhills for 400 Php. You can listen to your music and by the time a call comes in the voice of the other person comes out of the audio system and the adapter has a built in mic Quote Link to comment

boygenpact
I'm planning on getting the D900. Any reviews?I'm using D900. Great phone and great camera! Although it lacks cool features thatwe are used to in sony and nokia.. still its a great buy!Β slim and durable.. :thumbsupsmiley: but the available crystal cases for D900 aren't that durable. :thumbsdownsmiley: Β Great camera during day time. :thumbsupsmiley: not so great during night time.eventhough it has a flash that is LED only compared to sony's flashes. :thumbsdownsmiley: and great video camera also.. :thumbsupsmiley: Β battery life span.. not so great (maybe to me only).. dunno.. it only last 20 minutesto 30 minutes max when im fully charged then i tried playing my MP3 or try using the camera.. :thumbsdownsmiley: Β it has an internal memory of 64Mb.. I cant transfer via bluetooth directly to memory card.so if the file is more than 64 mb i need to use the usb cable.. (damn..) Β overall, for now im satisfied with my D900 because there are only few in the metrowho uses samsung.. (ayoko ng mga pangmasang mobile ) Quote Link to comment

juancarlos_enriquez
Samsung phones are among the most stable in terms of software and overall performance. Di gaya ng N series ng Nokia or W and K series ng SE. =) Ayoko lang ng speed nung nilagyan ko yung D900 ko ng 1 gig card, ang bagal magbasa. Quote Link to comment
Nismo
Same here bumagal nga speed D900 nung 1 gig na mem card.... But overall a good phone Quote Link to comment

G T
i think samsung phones are easier to navigate now as compared to nokia. i am currently a nokia user (N series) and my previous phone is a D500c. it took me quite a while to get familiar with nokia and manipulating its functions. For samsung, its a breeze. Quote Link to comment
