archico01
anyone here heard of francswiss.us? i heard that it has a minimum investment of $1000 US. and you earn $45 per day. more if you get others to join. does it sound like a scam? first, what is your interpretation of 'scam'? Scam can mean two things: 1. The whole thing/business/propaganda is a scam but really pays, and2. no one gets paid and just fool and take people's money. Francswiss really pays. Im a part of it. You can get your return of investment (ROI) in 23 days. PM me if you want more details. Quote Link to comment
hitomi
when it seems too good to be true, it really is. here's what i got off another forum: "Someone inquired about FRANCSWISS. It is a scam. I thought I should share some blogs about scams with you. Here we go. From Wikipedia under "Ponzi Scheme":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_Scheme Quote:In October 2006, in Malaysia, two prominent members of society and several others were held for running an alleged scam, known as SwissCash or Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) . SwissCash offered a returns of up to 300% within a 15-month investment period. Currently, this HYIP investment is offered to citizens of Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. It claimed investors' funds were channeled to business activities ranging from oil exploration to shipping and agriculture in the Caribbean. The company claims to be operating out of a New York and incorporated in Commonwealth of Dominica.[5] [6] [7] This is a warning to everyone. These goons are active in the Metrowalk area (Bullfrog cafe) or any prominent internet cafe location. They use internet cafes as "trading floors" for their racket. They target middle class yuppies with the lure of high returns--even quoting the performance of stock markets/forex markets for their cause. Please do not fall for it. If you know anyone who is a current "victim"--advise them to get their money out immediately (if they can). Please help curb this nasty practice. Ponzi schemes appear during bull markets. Previous similar scams include:1. Multitel Investment Corp (not related to the stock)2. G Cosmos Marketing3. Kendeigh Foreign Exchange4. Grand Post International5. Mateo Investment Group SMFUND is the "older" incarnation of Francswiss. They had some of their members post advertisements in ebay.ph trying to get people who are looking for quick money to join in. It is not related to SM Fund of Henry Sy grp. A cardiologist called Dr. Lynne Rivera, formerly of of Makati Medical Center (she is about to be kicked out of there) is another person to watch out for (says an acquiantance) - and her "First Domain" supposed finance company which closed down. Another blog post: "guys there is a new one: Equitrust FX International Corp. its address Suite 709 Manila Bankers Building. Ayala Avenue, Makati. 5% interest a week and take note $200K ang investment mo! alam nyo guys yun person behind this company as far as i know ay may mga previuos ventures na talagang questionable! ang pinagtataka ko hanggang ngayon d pa rin cla nahuhuli!"In case memories are short: Kendeigh Foreign Exchange (c. 2002)http://www.offshorebusiness.com/mess...=5577&page=123 Mateo Management Group and other ponzi scamshttp://www.mlmwatchdog.com/3_MLM_Philippines.html G Cosmos of Japan (remember that Japanese dude who put large billboards on Edsa? Claiming to want to "help the Filipino people"?)http://www.iht.com/articles/2002/03/30/mjapan_ed3_.php SEC Brochure on "Investment Scams"http://www.sec.gov.ph/advisory/SEC%2...y,04182002.pdf More history lessons: This was Rose Baladjay's Mutitel Investment Corp:http://money.inquirer.net/features/p...dd=11&file =1 It's always the same story of these fraudsters. Once they get a good thing going, they go nuts and start spending their money like Babylon. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Courtesy of Mark T Market" Quote Link to comment

CodenameV
I got this from another forum. 'The Swiss Cash program was launch on April 2005 and MichaelMansfield has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. According tothe information on the home page, the fund will be invested invarious fields like development project, equity, HYI, commodities, foreign exchange and others.' 'Michael Mansfield' is the CFO of both Swisscash and Francswiss ---are the same scam artist. In Swiss investment market, the highest you can get on investmentinstruments (bonds and mutual funds) are between 12-15% per annum onshort-mid term investment (2-4 years). That's with UBS andCreditSuisse. Well compare that withh 1,642% interest earnings peryear.... too good to be true. Cheers,1,642% interest earnings per yearROFL some other observations....  - The website mentions a US address but no phone numbers.  - The Domain Name registration (checked through Whois) shows an Alabama address but no contact details. E-mail address goes to somebody in Singapore. Domain Name was registered only in 2007, expiring in 2008. If they were legitimate, they will be more transparent in terms of their legal entity.  - Their scheme shows elements of a Ponzi-scheme pyramid scam. No legal investment company will engage in the type of multilevel marketing that they are doing. This is definitely against US SEC regulations. If they do this in the US, they will be closed down in a matter of days. What they will probably do is make the first few payments, taking money from other investors and juggle the funds around. Eventually, they will run out of money - but not until they've salted away a lot of unsuspecting people's hard-earned money to their offshore bank accounts. Quote Link to comment
archico01
bakit down website ng francswiss? why o why?  changed from www.francswiss.us to www.francswiss.biz ang tanong aabot ka pa kaya sa time na makukuha mo ang buong investment mo. hehehehe. this is a scam this is a risk investment, all investors know the consequences, we are not stupid. Just like a regular business, not all are destined to succeed. May malulugi't malulugi. Let's see what will happen, then i'll inform you guys. But so far im getting $$$$.... cash. Jack Bauer
This just entered Philippines April of this year. I would recommend this to the gamblers who can spare 1000USD and can take high risk investments.Strike while the iron is hot. Quote Link to comment
grovel
got a friend who invited me to join this. A bit scary though. Did you get your $1000 back? Quote Link to comment
Jack Bauer
got a friend who invited me to join this. A bit scary though. Did you get your $1000 back?  60 days ang terms bro, so wala pa.But the thing is its working. 45 USD per day ang interest. So you should be able to get your 1000USD in 22 days.Too good to be true. Kaya i would only recommend it for risk takers. Yung kayang magpatalo ng 1000USD withoutgoing broke. This could be over in a few months.FOr me, I only set my short term goal, once achieved, I'll cash in. Edited June 19, 2007 by Jack Bauer Quote Link to comment
parbust3r
its obviously a ponzi scheme. the early birds will make money while those that get in late will lose. you just dont know how long this will last though.they can be gone tomorrow for all you know. Quote Link to comment
Jack Bauer
You're right. THis is a game for the risk takers. The early birds really who joined April are no longer worried. They already got theirmoney back and is just withdrawing daily interests of 100, 200 USD per day. Quote Link to comment
aspogg
I heard about this so called "investment" plan from a friend. Found out it was a scam though. You're right Jack. Early birds will most likely profit from this. Too bad for the late investors though. Quote Link to comment
axlrose
my advice to you is once your investment mature, pull it out. There are no such things as high return per day. That's right man... But, my friend here is into it. He knows the consequences...he says he'll stop after a year, lolz! he has a two account now, enjoying every payday of his dividends.he immediately collect every $100 incurred, wise ika nga? but the good thing here is he can withdraw his dividends everytime he want,to the person who refer him to put up the said investment. maturity of the $1000 principal investment is two months.this is locked for the period of 60 days.... so, be careful fellow MTC'er about this investment...here in the Philippines, as we know a lot... too many victim suffering it now for their big investmentmy boss, my classmate, my friend... are victims too... but, what happen to the owner (the like of MTST, etc..)still in jail but not sentence to death, di ba? well, if this FranchSwiss is a scam, what's out??? jerzz
The question here is Are we already Late since April pa nag start? Edited June 23, 2007 by jerzz Quote Link to comment
boy popoy
definitely a scam! ... but a few fortunate ones who got in early will make some money. as long as there are "suckers" who keep "investing", then the scheme will keep working. but like all pyramid schemes, there will be an end... and when that time comes, there will be a some winners and a whole lot of losers.
