Walk for 30 mins - an hour per day or at least 6000 steps a day. Drink lots of water and sleep. Matrabaho and its not instant. U have to really work for it and to be patient but its achievable.
  6. I talked to Jade recently via SMS. Unfortunately, study first daw muna siya so syempre respect natin yung decision nya for now.
