  3. 6am to 3pm. This was my schedule in a work before. No traffic going home. I do lot of other things too.
  4. I agree on this. Saying this from a guy who was also fat and had to do a lot of workout and dieting to become fit. So yeah, discipline is very important but also consistency to do it. Yeah getting fit does take a lot of work and dedication.
