I don't see why not just as long as yoy take it in it's daily dosage and not go overboard, also...try it for a few days and see how your body responds, usually if it responds bad discontinue ASAP.

but my gym mate (lady, 30 y.o) takes Magnesium and ok naman no problem for her.

I take Fish Oil, plus 1G Vit C plus Berroca

well, nakaka boost siya talaga ng WORKOUT mo...I have been taking creatine for 2 years now, nag stop ako lang ng once, 2 weeks pero bumalik ako uli, but i don't usually take it on SUNDAYS pag rest days (masyado magastos, LOL)

it can also improve memory and yung mga side effects na pimples are very rare..

i suggest pag nag take ka, wag ka na mag loading phase, direcho 5grams na lang everyday or every training day
