peep_tom
..scenario.. if and when Golden State beats Dallas..they will play the winner agains the Utah - Houston series (which i think Houston will win).. and it will be Phoenix versus San Antonio.. do u guys think that Golden State or Houston can beat San Antonio assuming SA wins against the Suns??? coz i think that Dallas is the only team that can beat SA!!You'll never know because everybody thought the Mavs would kick the Warriors asses and look whats happening. Ang lupit ng Warriors!!! Quote Link to comment
howard_the_duck
GS would win Game 6. Quote Link to comment

kLique
Warriors lost! they will have one final shot as home to close out the Mavsshould the series reach a game 7... I believe it will be the Mavs who will advance to the second round Quote Link to comment
bosorero
the fans really helped Golden State with the win, the crowd was not really silent the whole time...it's really been a long long while since playoff basketball was in Golden State... i guess you have to owe it to the fans if GSW wins against Dallas and will face Houston or Utah (the closest series so far..) in the gayest place on earth, I wonder what the fans are chanting at the Oracle Arena. Blowjob after game!!!!! Quote Link to comment
• dShock •
That was a sorry loss for the Warriors! They overcome a 21 pt. Dallas lead in the 2nd quarter but blew a 9 pt. lead with under 3 minutes in the game.SAYANG, they could have done tonight the most embarassing upset in the history for Dallas. Dirk just showed the world why he is the leading contender for the MVP. Nice game... I still want to see an upset, hopefully in Oakland on Friday. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
skitz
Stick a fork in Dallas. They're DONE! You let an 8th seed do that to you in your house? If by some miracle, Dallas moves on to the next round, GSW has exposed all their weaknesses... no way Dallas can with it all this year. It's really fun watching the UNDERDOGS giving it to the "best team" of the year. Quote Link to comment

clubber_lang
This series also shows why Don Nelson did not fit in during his tenure in New York. He ain't got no love for centers!!! Hope they wrap the series up in the Bay Area coz I just don't see them winning a Game 7 in Dallas... Quote Link to comment

rldelrosario
if the warriors win, it won't be the first time that an 8th seed beats the first seed. got this from answers.yahoo "In the 1994 NBA Playoffs, the Western Conference 8th seed, Denver, beat the Seattle Supersonics in round one to advance the round two. In the 1999 Playoffs, the Eastern Conference 8th seed, the New York Knicks, beat Miami (1 seed), Atlanta (4), and Indiana (2), to reach the NBA Finals where they lost to San Antonio. But that was when the first round was a best-of-5 first round. Since they went best-of-7 in 2003, no 8th seed has won a series. In 2003, 8 seed Orlando went seven games with 1 seed Detroit, but that's as close as any 8 seed has gotten." it can be done. its been a while (32 years) since they've had a basketball parade in oakland. howard_the_duck
It's not the first time a #8 beat a #1, but it'll be the 1st time in a 7-game series. That is if they still win Quote Link to comment
