jojosmojo Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 dati hirap din ako...ngayon 2x a day...i found out na may iniinom akong food supplement, ampalaya plus ang name...kasi may lahing diabetic ang pamilya ko...dun nag umpisa... sa umpisa eh...actually medyo mahirap kasi madalas magka-gas...pero after 1 week, okay na...once a day...wow ang sarap...parang ubos ang laman ng tiyan...now 2x a day...magaan ang pakiramdam... I guess depende din kung hiyang ka sa herbal supplement na ito. ako i take ampalaya plus...mas mura...at effective...first few times nga lang, utot ng utot...pero mabilis lumalabas, at malambot...hehe... alam ko rin apples nakakatulong din...
