I usually just go straight to eating, since I sometimes forget to eat during work hours.

I rest for few minutes before changing my clothes and taking a bath. I also use that time to reflect on how my day went.

i still disinfect. spray lysol on all my things, take my clothes off by the entrance and lysol the ropero, wash hands and face (downgrade na dati matic ligo) before i touch anything or anyone else.
