PedroPaterno
If we're talking about supplements for bodybuilding or weightloss. Diet is king parin. Supplements are there as "backups" for your diet in case you're not getting enough of the nutrients your body needs for your fitness goals. Plan your meals and measure your macros, sample, if kulang let's say yung protein intake mo for the day, then that's where protein shakes come in. Quote Link to comment
noooodles
Kung may vitamin deficiencies ka yes, kung wala naman ok lang siguro kung hindi as long as you eat right. Ako kung naisipan lang haha. Pero sa eto sa tingin ko mga pinaka importanteng vitamins and minerals: C, B complex, D, Zinc, Magnesium Quote Link to comment

neosaki24
So long as you can eat a balanced diet (fruits, vegetables, meat, carbs, dairy), exercise (2.5hrs a day as per WHO), and have enough rest (atleast 8hrs a day) then you don't need. But in today's lifestyle let's be honest that almost everyone is not able to do it. That's why we have supplements, to supplement our health. 😊 Quote Link to comment
