bonanas
If you're livelihood depends on your athletic performance I think to keep up with the competition you don't have much choice. Pero kung taking supplements para sa hobby lang or for the betterment of your health and fitness hindi na. Nature has got us covered nutrition-wise. Wag na kayo magsayang ng pera para sa supplements. Know your goals, do your due diligence, research tayo pano ma achieve yung goals and once meron na tayong napiling guidelines/program. Implement natin yung with conviction, mas malupit pa sa supplements ang maa achieve natin. Quote Link to comment

kringkring343
Anyone heard of Glutaphos? Brain alertness supplements? not sure if this safe.. looked around the net and it mentioned Headaches and Sleepyness... but some would say this would keep them awake for a long time.. Also some said that they have short term memory loss.. wanted to see if any of you have taken it already? Quote Link to comment
jonathan14344
I tried Robust for the first time last night 2 hours before having intercourse. I gave me a really bad headache this morning and it sucks big time. But what the drug does is true. Sobrang effective niya. Sunod sunod yung rounds namin, and hindi pa din lumalambot. Tried jacking off earlier and sobrang bilis din tumigas ni manoy. Ibang klase. I'm just in my early 20s, and they say na i don't need it pa. But it was worth a try. If it wasn't for the bad headache, baka uulit-ulitin ko 'to. Please share here your experiences too! Quote Link to comment
alex10
i'm taking fish oils daily though no one advised me to. i just read from several write ups and forums. for the effect, wala naman ako naramdaman or any changes na kakaiba, baka sa future pa. Quote Link to comment

r35gtr
protein shake is a must . Combat nutrition is not that expensive and this is what I use. I also recover faster with GLutamine. Do not take creatine because you will gain weight very fast and most of it is in water. your face will look puffy too. Not worth the increase poundage lifts Quote Link to comment
