Supplements - to Take or Not to Take?

e what about your training and eating habits?? yun ang mas important

Yung usual na agahan, tanghalian, at hapunan. Breakfast alternate ang egg, meat, fish. Lunch soup, alternate ng beef, fish, chicken. Dinner veggies, fish, meat and chicken. Parati may kanin but limited lang halos isang cup or 1 1/2 cups. Then I eat lots of fruits. Oranges, grapes, apple, banana, kiwi, melons, watermelon at iba pa. Sometimes I make fruit shake then mix with whey protein. Yan lang naman ang pagkain dito sa Saudi. But I take supplements before meals. Pag workout (yung 5x5) 3 capsules of Amino. Tapos 2 every meals pag di workout. During workout I take 3 again and another 3 after. Sa umaga I prepare mix whey protein sa chocolate drink ko sa morning. Sa hapon before workout I mix whey protein with fresh milk. Ito ang eating habits ko. I do away with sweets. Talagang wala ng sugar mga kinakain ko at wala ring alat. Trip kong past time kumain ng mga nuts habang nanonood ng TV o nagpapahinga. Almonds, peanuts, hazelnut, cashew nut, pistachio, macademia, at iba pa. Pero di madalas. Baka kasi dalihin ako ng uric acid hehehe. So what do you think Mr. Olympus? Pasado ba o did I missed or messed my eating habits? Thanks sa tulong mga bro.

Im taking Amino Acids and whey protein. Maganda ba ito mga builders? Thanks.

Never ko try ang creatine - may nabasa akong article online, itong creatine

activates (ewn ko kung tama choice of word ko yung ACTIVATE) dormant

cancer cells (di ko matandaan kung dormant nga ba word nyun).

yun nga lang, ang bilis talagang lumaki katawan ng gumagamit.

basic amino tabs lang take ko.

mga sir oks ba 'tong balak ko gawin.. NO Xplode for pre-workout and Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice 2544 for post-workout? thanks!

 

If payat ka and you are planning to put on size? go for it :thumbsupsmiley:

 

but as always, dapat maayos din kain mo.. not the 1 big meal once a day and 2x/day lang kumain... dapat not less than 4x/day kain mo
