Naisip ko lang din na magtake ng ganyan since office work din ako. Less exposure sa sunlight, tska mainit magpabilad sa araw. Sa Magnesium naman, I heard a lot of benefits din ito and nakakatulong sa sleep. Di naman ako required mag ganito pero naisip ko lang idagdag as daily supplement. care to share anong brand yung gamit mo? 😁. Quote Link to comment

As for Vit.D, this helps with better calcium absorption, correct? If wala ka na naman co-morbidities; you can consult with a licensed pharmacist (not the pharmacy assistant ha) at your local pharmacy (Watsons/Mercury preferably) should you have questions about the proper dosage. Quote Link to comment

AnakNaTikoy
Ideally? Di kailangan mag-supplement. Malimit mas mahal for the practical effects on your health. Also by definition, they are supplementary to a healthy diet & exercise. Di ka pa nage-exercise? Unahin mo muna yun bago whey protein. Di lalakas yung katawan mo kung di mo gagamitin. Wanna lose weight? No supplement will burn fat better than a 500 kcal deficit per day. Mas mura pa iwasan ang junk food. Trying to stick to/adhere to a diet is a different story. It takes weeks of setting & hitting goals before you gain the habit of eating healthy. For this, consider some supplements to keep you on track: diet soda. Yes, I consider it a supplement. It's a literal blend of chemicals that satisfy your sweet tooth without the calories of regular soda, juice, or other sweets. Consume liberally. protein powder (whey, soy, milk, etc.). Classic "gymbro" supplement, but it's just convenient protein. Madalas mahal at hassle abutin yung protein targets mo. Protein powders are super helpful. coffee or tea. Energy boosters & appetitte suppresants, but use in moderation. Masasanay yung katawan mo pagtagal, at masisira yung tulog mo kung inabuso. Quote Link to comment
micropenis
Since we mostly eat food farmed on nutrient depleted soils and livestock fed nutrient depleted feeds, supplementation is necessary if you want to ensure micro nutrient sufficiency and achieve optimal levels. Quote Link to comment
