bluevodka
Merong special kicks ginagamit to increase your vertical leap. I saw it being advertised in some b-ball mags, yung Jumpsoles tsaka Strength. isnt it an add-on lamang dun sa sapatos? Quote Link to comment

BreakAndInsert6977
the shoes cant do it alone. special muscle training is required to achieve maximum vertical leap. there are self-help videos in the market that can teach you the training required to add springs on your hop. :mtc: Hmm. Good point. In that case... aling shoe ang mas ok na pang-train sa pagtakbo (since momentum plays a big part in jumping), Nike Free 7.0 or 'yung Nike Free Trainer 7.0? Quote Link to comment

Nike Free Trainer 7.0 is better than Nike Free 7.0. You must also take note that training in Free should be light. Free shoes are for strength training especially on your lower leg and on your foot grips. Free shoes are generally worn by american football players during training season. If you aim to train heavily, look for regular training, crosstraining shoes. :mtc: Quote Link to comment

I just checked on the 'net (EastBay.com, to be specific) and they had the same price. :/ If it helps, I'm planning to do jogging lang... I'm not a gym rat... yet. I'm trying to do as much research as I can before buying, because I still don't ahve my own source of income (as a college freshman), so I'm trying to maximize my investment. Thanks. bluevodka
WTF, the limited edition goes for P14,995 of which 23 of the 1000 manufactured one's were here in the Philippines. By raffle pa ang process, unless you have the AJ VI which will give you a wildcard entry to grab this shoe of your own size minus the hassle. sakit ng ulo ko, pahinga muna ako. :sadsmiley02: Quote Link to comment
