I never use IE unless I really have to - it's so slow!<{POST_SNAPBACK}> There's a very good review of web browsers (for both PCs and Macs) at: http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/browserSpeed.html According to this, Opera is the fastest browser for Windows and that Firefox is not faster than IE. I'm in complete agreement. I'm currently running the latest build of Opera 9 and it's working much better than Firefox and older Opera editions. A lot of people like Firefox because there's a "cool factor" associated with it but the reality is that the current best alternative (I've been using browsers since 1994) is Opera. kchris2 Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 FIREFOX ROCKS!!! Good stable program. Medyo mabagal nga lang startup but after that its a breeze. I used to use IE but I got tired of putting up to the bugs and security flaws so I switched to Firefox and found myself in surfing heaven I beleive Microsoft admittedly said that they've put the development of IE on hold for a long time. They've waited too long to release a new and better version. A mistake that they're trying to rectify with IE7. Quote Link to comment
