Steamed tilapia (yong fresh talaga) -- Sa kawali o kaldero lang (di na ibabalot pa sa foil), konting tubig, konting asin, konting-konting mantika (pwede ring wala), at maraming siling labuyo :thumbsupsmiley:. Mga 1 o 2 kulo lang, pwede na. Depende sa type nyo, kung tuyo o may konting "sabaw." Ibang klase ang sarap basta tama ang timpla at pagkakaluto; pwedeng iulam; tulo pawis at sipon nyo! :blush: Simpleng-simple at di magastos pagluto! Dati ayokong maniwala, pero napatunayan kong totoo pala!

 

Inihaw na tuna belly -- Kung sa labas, depende kung saan bibilhin; suggestion: sa IBP o Ihaw-Balot Plaza, isang "institution" nang inuman sa Sct. Borromeo St., near Tropical Hut and Natl Bookstore/Crossings-Quezon Av. Pero minsan pumapalpak na rin sila, o nawawalan na ng stock. Check nyo rin syempre kung okay pa ang tuna.

 

The classic peanut (maanghang o greaseless) and/or canned Century Tuna chunks in vegetable oil (tapon nyo na lang yong oil; tira lang konti) -- Okay 'to kung sa bahay lang at nagtitipid. ;)

 

Pwede ang mga 'yan sa beer, sa brandy, at sa iba pang inumin. Tagay o tunggain na! :thumbsupsmiley:
