Ako po ay isang guro sa isang paaralan dito sa Laguna. Ang aking sanang itatanong ay kung may makakatulong ba sa amin na mapatunayan na ang tatlo sa aming mga coordinator ay bumili ng educ units sa isang kolehiyo sa may parañaque. nag-imbestiga na ang HR namin ngunit ang sabi ay lehitimong estudyante daw sila doon. ngunit nung ako ay nagtanong ng schedule ng mga klase, ay puro weekdays lang ang available para sa mga ganung subjects. yung HR kasi namin ay walang lakas ng loob magtanong muli kaya nabale wala yung complaint namin. The lot is actually a portion of an inheritance, it has been surveyed but not titled. Since I am buying the said lot, what are the necessary legal things that I have to go through to have it titled under my name? please help..<{POST_SNAPBACK}> dude, the safest thing to do is to have the title transferred to the heirs first. although pwede naman hindi na ilipat (kung patay na ang tunay na me ari o me titulo) , pero delikado yun. lalo na kung me mga utang na naiwan yung namatay. dapat liquidate muna nila yung estate ng decedent. mas safe pag ganun.
