Hello question po. Gusto ko kasi i confirm kung talagang ang parents ko is married. Kasi may bigla lumitaw sinasabi nya sya daw ang first wife ng father ko.

 

Eh meron hawak ang mother ko na marriage contract with registr number from the municipal kung saan sila kinasal.1985 sila kinasal at dahil matanda na mother ko wala narin sya maalala. Ako kasi pinapaasikaso nya sa lahat ng papers nya.

 

So bago sana kame mag benta ng property gusto ko i make sure yung status ng parents ko and ang father ko kasi naka indicate sa lahat lahat ng property binili ng mother ko.

BTW hiwalay na parents ko pero not annulled kasi mahal mag pa annul, civil lang ang pag hihiwalay nila between them.

 

Yung marriage contract na hawak ng mother ko, saan ko pwede ipakita yun para macheck kung totoo o hindi mamaya kasi gawa gawa lang yun ng father ko tapos may binayaran lang, sa PSA ba dapat ako pumunta?

Get a copy of the marriage certificate at the PSA (you can actually order it online para di ka na mahirapan pumunta pa). If they send you the same copy, then you know its legit.

After ko kumuha ng certificate at kung lumabas na kasal ang father ko sa una. Pwede ba namin kasuhan na bigamy ang father ko? At pwede din maging single na ang status ng mother ko?

Last 2 yrs ago nag reklamo na kame sa pulis dahil sa pakikisama nya sa kabit, ang kaso wala nanyari dahil wala kame sapat na ibedensya na nag sasama sila. I received my regular appointment last July 21, 2021 stating that from October 21, 2019 to June 21, 2020 I have demonstrated a commendable work performance. But last September 25, 2020 they gave me a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and that I should improve within 60 days or they will terminate my employment status. Also after the meeting and plans has been submitted our HR Manager advice me to do a voluntary resignation since they already hired a replacement for me. In good faith for our HR manager I did what she advice I submitted a voluntary resignation and ask for a package of assistance with equivalent of 3 months of my salary. But when she gave me the acceptance letter for my resignation she told me that the package was not approve and I will only receive my last pay. So I withdraw my resignation and she offer me again this time they add a little amount.

This is getting stressful every day.

My question is, can they terminate me on the basis if I did not deliver the said PIP? Do I have the right to ask for assistance if they want me to resign voluntarily?

I really need your help.

From what you said, they cannot terminate you. There is a two notice requirement, the first one states the reason and a chance to explain. But "to improve" is not an authorized cause for termination. The closest cause is "lack to trust and confidence" and according to you, the notice didn't state that.

You cannot force people to use leaves that convert to cash. That was explored and viewed as highly untenable legally.
