id6230
Just do what is right and cut your loses. Just remember any legal transaction should always be in writting, no exceptions. Just accept na naluko ka and don't do another bad deed just to cover your loses. Quote Link to comment

KeniPo
pwde ko bang itago na lang ang car kasi wala naman akong utang sa bangko at hindi naman ako ang may utang sa kanila.or pwede ko bang i pa chop chop na lang ang car para mabawi ko man lang ang mga naibayad ko. does the bank know you possess the car? if yes, keep and use it while you can. just accept your mistake and learn from it. as was said, don't do another mistake or bad deed just to cover your losses. fyi: its standard procedure to acquire/provide a deed of sale for you to transfer ownership. mr. john
mga attorney! sir, hingi lang ako opinion or advice. required ba na magbigay ng SEPARATION PAY ang isang company sa mga employees (specifically drivers) if contractual iyong drivers? may mga pinirmahan ung drivers dati na nakalagay dun na malinaw na nakalagay na "CO-TERMINUS ang contract nila. meaning pag wala ng project/work contract ung company, ibig sabihin sabay din na mawawala ung work ng mga drivers. diba pag ganun ang case, hindi kelangang magbigay ng separation pay? kc CO-TERMINUS. tama ba? need your opinion on this matter ..thank. The answer to both questions is NO. Ngayon, kung nangangailangan siya ng pera, at wala o kulang ang kanyang hanapbuhay, pwede siyang humingi ng suporta sa kanyang ama kung ito ay may kakayahang suportahan siya (pero hindi ito "inheritance" kundi "support"). sirs,i have questions which regards to inheritancemy friend is a legitimate child but their parents have separated and is currently living with her mom. her parents are still married legally but her father has currently has another family in another place.does my friend have a right to claim a share of his fathers fortune right now? rocco69
Tama ka if they really are project employees (persons hired for a specific project and which project's termination or end has already been determined at the time of the hiring of the person).
sirs, So, with inheritance out of the question, How does she go about to ask for support from his father? Can her mother also ask for support from her husband too? Because her father is well to do and could support them if he wanted to Can she & her mother legally force their father to give them support? if yes, what steps should she carry in order to do this? should she & her mother file separately? she also has 1 brother & 1 sister from the same father, can they also claim support too? thanks Quote Link to comment

rocco69
How does she go about to ask for support from his father? so long as di niya kayang buhayin ang sarili niya, makakahingi siya (kahit me trabaho na, kahit nasa edad na).demand letter muna, pag di sumunod sa demand letter, kailangan niyang maghabla (kumuha ng abugado) kung siya ay minor, pwede niyang sampahan ng criminal case for child abuse ang ama niya (bumabagsak sa child abuse ang di pagsuporta sa anak) Can her mother also ask for support from her husband too? kung di rin kayang buhayin ng ina ang sarili niya, pwede rin siyang humingi ng suporta. demand letter din muna, tapos pag di sumunod, habla din sa korte Can she & her mother legally force their father to give them support? Oo, pero kailangan nilang magfile sa korte ng action for support if yes, what steps should she carry in order to do this? should she & her mother file separately? yes, they can do this separately pero it's cheaper and more convenient to file a consolidated case she also has 1 brother & 1 sister from the same father, can they also claim support too? yes, all of them can claim sirs, So, with inheritance out of the question, How does she go about to ask for support from his father?
