Wolf is correct, the dude is liable for estafa. actually you don't have to file a case before the prc coz d nga sia professional. what u can do is to get a certification from the prc that he is not a licensed professional then you file a criminal complaint for estafa. mas matindi na yun. hope dis would help. At least the spikes etc coig the the power line would be elimnaited. As usual- u may have to have a Voltage Regular- A servo type 500w would be wnough to power your PC and the above (rpouter and modem) peripherals. Next- upgrade the firmware of both your router and modem. This is the instructions that your modem and router would have. Now it it is still erratic- renw your call for help. Yes I agree.. use an AVR and UPS.. If you can upgrade the firmware, much better.. For household and small business use Linksys or Dlink is very reliable. cyber_princesa26 Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 You can file a criminal case against your husband for violating Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence against women and their children) for his failure to give support. this case may be filed notwithstanding the exsitence of your agreement, because, even if you are married to him or not, he is obligated to give support. this action is a criminal case, meaning pwede mo sia ipadampot at ipakulong. you can also file a civil case for support pero mas ok yung RA 9262.thanks bro! what about this one? can i file a case against the 2 women that my husband married after me? so in short, 3 kaming pinakasalan nya, me as the legal wife and the 2 women are aware that he's already married but still, pumayag silang magpakasal sa hubby ko?
