Usaully dapat isang antivirus lang dapat ang umaandar, kasi pagdalawa baka magkamalang virus or trojan yung isa, kung ayaw mong uninstall yung norton disable mo lahat ang services nya. Also, your area may be saturated with DSL lines already which is why you're only getting a measly download speed. Again, just try power cycling your DSL modem.
