Ms lyssahot, the elements of adultery are:

a. That the woman is married

b. That she has sexual intercourse with a man not her husband

c. That as regards the man with whom she has sexual intercourse, he must know her to be married.

Sa Concubinage naman, the elements are:

a. By keeping a mistress in the conjugal dwelling or

b. By having sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife, or

c. Cohabiting with her in any other place.

Adultery is more severely punished than concubinage. Why? Reason: Because adultery makes possible the introduction of another man' blood in the family so that the offended husband may have another man's son bearing his (husband's) name and receiving support from him.

Hay naku, one simple option that the wife can do is file na lang a case of Unjust Vexation.... hehehehehehehehehe.......

ok, i got 1 gig memory 3.4 gig proc. and i use a lot of graphic applications, got 128 meg of video mem. but my computer still aint fast for me. to speed it up i usually format my hdisk where windows is installed, i use 3 hdisk, 1 for files and 1 for backup. i usually handle files up to 300meg. im not plannin to uninstall those applications? i already have a mac. any suggestion how to speed up my pc w/o uprading my memory to two gig or a fresh format?

puwede mong pabilisn pa yung computer mo by doing a little housekeeping. first check if *.tmp files are accumulating in your windows operating system and if there are accumulating delete them. if you have many memory - resident programs installed, try disabling them using the System Configuration Utility. But the best bet is to set your virtual memory(1 GB for the minimum setting and 2GB for the maximum setting), you can set it through the Performance tab in the System Properties.

Pre large format ba graphics gawa mo? Kasi reklamo ka sa specs mo.

With that kind of specs I think tweaking is insignificant unless grabe kalat kalat na ang windows mo.

1. Set your windows pagefile to your 2nd drive (kahit malaki ang RAM mo nagsusulat yan jan lalo na 300 MB ave ang files mo, panis ang 1GB RAM mo)

2. Set photoshop scratch disk (page file) to the 3rd drive.

3. Magdiscard ka ng history para lumiit ang temp file mo (its in the technique not the size hehe) kasi aabot yan ng ilang Gig yan.

(Note: make a separate partition for your paging files para hindi defragmented ang drive at any given time,

for windows pagefile 2x the size of your RAM both minimum and maximum(yes equal, to lessen/avoid page file resizing)

SideWinderX: Since I/O operations with HDD nga magpapabagal, as stpatr3k explained, baka gusto mo rin check kung may bios update available for your motherboard. ;)

I don't think its advisable to set a maximum on virtual memory. My 2 cents po.

(You can set it higher pero parang sobra na)

Ako sa 550MB maximum nakakabukas parin ng 500MB-600MB na file.
