Ang simpleng panlalaki ni Mrs ay hindi ground para sa Annulment (legal separation lang, at ito ay dapat maihain sa korte sa loob ng limang taon mula sa panlalalaki). Kung maghihiwalay lang, dahil hindi nga siya ground para sa annulment, walang magbabago sa ugnayan nila sa properties nila (kung maghahain siya ng Legal separation, sa Legal separation, paghahatian ang properties ng mag-asawa, at may bahagi na ifo-forfeit si mrs). Ask ko lang po. If si misis po ba nagloko long time ago pero recently ka lang nakakuha ng proofs. Magiging ground for annulment po ba yun? and kung sakali man pong maghihiwalay/magpapa annul dahil sa pangangaliwa ni misis, ano po mangyayari sa conjugal properties? mahahati parin po ba yun sa both parties? or wala po makukuha si misis? Kung magsisinungaling siya at sasabihin niyang asawa niya yung kabit niya, maisusunod sa apelyido ng kabit niya yung bata. Kung magsisinungaling siya at sasabihin niyang single siya, kung pipirma si kabit sa birth certificate nung bata, maisusunod ito sa apelyido nung kabit. Can a tenant renting a house with a one year contract, terminate anytime without finishing the contract? if so, then that means he/she can't get her security deposit back? Madvillain Posted October 1, 2021 Share Posted October 1, 2021 I hope someone answers this: We have a mango tree near our house and pag nagbubunga siya, may mga bata na umaakyat though palagi namin sila pinagsasabihan na sungkitin na lang kaysa akyatin since baka malaglag sila and the branches are infested by really big ants. my question is if umakyat sila without our knowledge and nalaglag yung bata (nagka injury or worse, namatay) can we be held liable for this kahit pinagsabihan na namin sila? kasi may mga bata na matitigas talaga ulo, sawayin mo tapos they climb the tree an hour later or pag wala kami sa bahay... I hope any lawyer can answer this if liable kami na paospital yung bata or pampa libing if namatay.. Thanks Quote Link to comment

Thanks AFAIK, no liabilities as long as walang utos/request/order na galing sa inyo na umakyat kahit sino dun, if anything, they can be held liable for tresspassing/damage to property if yung tree is sa loob ng property line ninyo. I admire your concern for the safety of the kids, best thing to do IMO is to contact the homeowners association / barangay so that the kids' parents will be informed dun sa ginagawa ng mga anak nila.
