Mobius Stripper
In Metro Manila, t'was Congo Grille 1st & Gerry's 2nd. In Pampanga, t'was Aling Lucing. For tuna sisig, I long for Kanaway along Times Beach, Davao City Edited September 26, 2007 by Mobius Stripper Quote Link to comment

kc_discreet123
They say the best sisig is in Pampanga. Anyone care to verify? oo naman...dun kasi ung original sisig queen(the one who invented the said viand)she owns a class c inuman na naka erect sa tabi ng riles...dinadayo pa un para matikman ung sisig nya...aling lucing ata ung name nung place...very gheto though aycees---masyadong tuyo, although kapampangan din ung owner nun pero ibang version na ng sisig ung knila...dun ako ng lulunch madalas...sobrang hate ko sisig dito razon--- i think this originates sa pampanga din...pero ung concept ng food nila ginaya lang sa corazon...i prefer corazon kaya lang hindi pa yata cla nag brabranch here in manila...they have the best halohalo and palabok too na dati ay 20 pesos lang pero ngaun 40 na ata...pero mura pa rin.. theres another one na sobrang sarap na sisig...but i forgot the name, sa angeles dn sya...at its besides chevalier school...sobrang sarap ng sisig dito...the best ive tried so far... gadalej
has anybody tried sisig salad? this recipe won the 2004 0r 2005 sisig festival award. its like coleslaw, but the dressing's not mayo, it's crunchy and it tastes like sisig but has no sisig.i'm not sure which place offers this. but definitely worth the experience.has anybody tried sisig salad? this recipe won the 2004 0r 2005 sisig festival award. its like coleslaw, but the dressing's not mayo, it's crunchy and it tastes like sisig but has no sisig.i'm not sure which place offers this. but definitely worth the experience.
