I've been going here for diving. Is there a place that offers massage services with ES?

Waste of time. Beach has brown sand, sand are not fine, stones everywherd, water isnt clear. Doesnt offer much, no nice hotels, no place to party

White Beach is too crowded already. There are new resorts after white beach medjo stoney shores nga lang.

The beauty of Puerto Galera is along the beach, you will find outrigger boats for hire.  You can ask them to island hopping and have the islet to yourself. 

Pick one that has double the capacity of your group (if your group has 10 people get a 20 seater boat) for stability when the waves gets rough. 

Also, pick a boatman who can fish and cook.  

Important:  You should rent the boat for the whole duration of your stay at the islet.  NEVER let the boat leave you at the islet.
