The Best Buffets - Taste + Value For Money

Recommended Posts

for those on a tight budget, the lunch buffet at the ivory restaurant (penthouse of charter house hotel, greenbelt) offers a simple yet hearty selection for less than P300 per person... :thumbsupsmiley:

but for the regular buffets, i find those in heat (EDSA shangri-la), PASEO UNO and TIN HAU (mandarin oriental), and 7 CORNERS (crowne plaza) excellent...have to try SPIRAL at the sofitel yet...

For those who are in the Quirino Grandstand-Manila Hotel area, you can go to BLUE BAY resto (near Harbor View). 365++ per person. Along with their standard buffet, they have an eat-all-you-can crab promo going on (they're small but hey, have a dozen cooked so it's no problem :lol: ). The food taste won't blow you away, (in fact, stay away from the california maki) but there are some items on the buffet line available that are decent (get a little of each first, then load up on what you like) Some refillable drinks, coffee and tea are included. For the price, it's not a bad deal and is certainly a pleasant alternative to the more popular (AND EXPENSIVE) Harbor View experience.

if you like mongolian, try - KUBLAI's ROCK

at Paseo De Magallanes, for P345, you can endessly refill your mongolian bowl. I think this is the same Kubali's Rock in Jupiter St. during the late 80's

You should also try their mixed cocktail drinks served in a fish bowl! :) to share, of course

for mongolian grill lovers . . . . Cafe Sweet Inspirations (Katipunan, QC - tapat ng Ateneo)

Mongolian Eat All You Can P250++

P500++ pag may leftover

May directions siya as to what type of mongolian styl u want (e.g. sweet/sweet spicy/spicy and etc) unlike sa iba na lagay ka lang ng lagay di mo naman alam kung paano ung lasa!
