i'm using an hp pavillion dv2000tx. 1gb ram, 120gb HDD, dual layer dvd-rw w/ lightscribe. wifi, bluetooth, memory card reader, firewire, the works. it's got a built in webcam but it's rather crappy in low light. i haven't tried benchmarking it though. i don't play games but i write VB.NET programs and it's okay naman. attracts fingerprints like a magnet.

Im looking into a 2nd hand HP pavilion laptop for sale and in not so familiar with AMD. any suggestions?

 

Thanks guys to your replies. Its actually a second hand HP Pavilion dv6186eu for sale at 50Thou pesos, nabili sa Saudi yata, is it worth it? any suggestions/other options?

tol d2 sa japan ko nabili pc ko kaso nga ang problema d daw sila nag gagawa ng pa english yung japanese ver. (kasi takot sila sa english d kayang basahin) hirap talga pag walang english na software...

Mga tol ano gamit nyo na OS d2 sa atin sa pinas? kasi tol baka ako lng naka OS ng pirated hahaha i mean VISTA gamit nyo ang mean ko is pirated copy ba o orig incase ako lng naka pirated na OS na naka laptop hahahah..

just got a satellite a135 from toshiba last june....i'm not satisfied with the bundle software (vista basic), kaso i'm hooked up kasi sayang ung license saka medyo mahirap kumuha ng pirated software dito...

 

any of u think upgrading to vista home or premium worthy? i haven't tried it in my pc tho.
