mchulet
yeah, right now i'm listening to intolerant and loss of control. also some prog bands like fuseboxx. i'll be going to the rock the riles gig, i think intolerant will be playing at buendia station with the other sonic boom bands. thanks. I'll probably skip Intolerant's gigs for now. Perhaps someone should arrange a production for metal acts at Saguijo, something like Iron Maiden, Megadeth or Slayer night tribute. That will be really cool! :goatee: Quote Link to comment

I didn't know there's a band called "beneath the buried and the dead", but what I do know is this progressive/metalcore group Between The Buried and Me. I like their "The Anatomy Of..." album, really good cover stuff. Tool is not really considered a metal band but they do have really cool and heavy riffs. I would compare them to the likes of Alice In Chains, not really a metal group but these bands are somewhat a bridge between rock and metal because of their heavy riffs and dark lyrics and themes. Another group that is constantly considered as a metal act is AC/DC which is more of a hard rock group. But don't get me wrong, I absolutely like AC/DC as well. They also deliver really cool rock riffs, and I really like their blues roots. Quote Link to comment
