Justin Nicholas
I never liked the new bands coming up nowadays that call themselves "Metal". I had a long-time liking for Cradle of Filth and Children of Bodom, but I don't really know if they are classified as being metal bands. I still listen to their music now, except for COF's latest album, "Thornography", which I found rather poor.Nasayang lang ang pera ko! Quote Link to comment
stankyou
if you are looking for traditional metal, wala na siguro or should i say bihira na, most of the bands today are hybrid, you wont really get the same thing like it was before. thats why i understand your comment about bands today, its either crappy or crappier. kid_dynamite
metal like any other genre evolves from one form to another - part of its evolution may either bring up new strains of music or a return to the roots. shitty music will always be shitty music. he he he Quote Link to comment

Justin Nicholas
I've been listening to Nightwish lately, and I must say that they make great and exceptionally unique music. It's the first time I've seen a lady with guts to perfform for a metal band, and she performs well. Quote Link to comment
