I enjoy the experience and the challenge from buying the crab, cleaning the crab, cooking the crab, deshelling the crab. My goals are: -keeping the record of choosing 100% Fat Meaty Crab.-perfecting the crab fat in runny egg consistency.-getting 99% of the meat out from the shell. Upto the tiny bit inserted inside the tip of the leg.-making sure to make a broth from the crab shell that i use for cooking crab rice or crab noodle. Quote Link to comment
