mangkeyboi
Mark had one goal in Boracay: get the perfect tan. Armed with his shades, beach mat, and what he thought was high-end sunblock, he sprawled out confidently on White Beach. Three hours later, he strutted into his hotel lobby like a roasted lechon. Tourists stared. The receptionist blinked twice before saying, “Sir, you okay?” Mark grinned through the burn. “Of course. Just… feeling extra crispy today.” Turns out, he grabbed whitening lotion instead of sunblock. Boracay: where the sun shines bright, and mistakes shine brighter. Quote Link to comment

chessboxin
If you want to enjoy Boracay, stay at a more expensive beach resort with a private beach. They have well-trained and professional staff because they are getting decently paid. Once you go out to Station 2 and 3, you will see how predatory people are. You feel like you're brisket thrown into a pool of hyenas. All they think about is getting commissions or tips. Instead of enjoying the beach, you're spending most of your time warding off "patay-gutom peasants" out of your way. You'd wish that you just stayed in some nice hotel with a nice pool in Metro Manila. Quote Link to comment
