I think January and rainy season. Went there 3rd week of January sarap mag muni muni sa beach no crowd makapag picture ka ng minimal photo bomber. Peak is starting Feb- May. Last week of March, I went there again with Kyoto management sobrang matao and di enjoy mag swim may algae. 😅
