Ambiance, number of branches and consistency. Their coffee is ass, but it's good enough for most people, who aren't really coffee connoisseurs.

Kahit sobrang tagal mo sa mesa nila at hindi mo maubos ubos yung isang tasa ng kape mo sa loob ng 3 oras, hindi ka makakaramdam ng panghuhusga (mga malalagkit na tingin) o pagdadabog sa staff nila.

I think the coffee is pretty good.  Ambience is also pretty good.  But for us filipinos, its kind of a status symbol.
